New Micro Four Thirds Camera for DJI Inspire 1 Quadcopter
With today's announcement of DJI's new Zenmuse X5 Micro Four-thirds (MFT) Camera and 3-axis Stabilised Gimbal, we look forward to being able to soon raise the quality of our aerial stills and video to even higher levels than before.
The new camera offers almost 13 stops of dynamic range from a sensor eight times the size of that used in the existing DJI Inspire 1 X3 camera. At the same time, it not only retains the ability for still image and video settings to be adjusted in-flight but also allows aperture and remote focus adjustment.
